While I'm not sure if these nomadic Shaman would necessarily count as "tribesmen", their use of fabrics and beads in their dress is TOO gorgeous to ignore.
They, to this day, have a very un-westernised look and appear very true to their roots:

Their use of ribbons of bright materials to decorate their simply tunic clothing is stunning! Also the headresses... GORGEOUS!!! A lot to think about here for my look.
